"CICO itself is still too narrow and dogmatic, but as" is this only half a sentence?

First I heard of EX150. His diet is the closest I have heard anyone come to 10 of my 12 years keto. Glad he is staying away from organ meats and vA. I would probably still be doing this diet if I ahd avoided vA.

Curious that his blood pressure has not dropped alot with the low salt intake. I had to up mine to keep my BP in range and to avoid syncope.

I expect my OMAD need for 8 to 16 oz of beef instead of his 5 oz relates to my skinny frame. Either way like Denise Minger said, it was vital I kept fat intake above 70% of total calories. When I at more meat (Brazilian steakhouse night) I suffered. Typical diabetic symptoms made clear the excess protein turned on gluconeogenesis.

Might want to let him know that whipped cream is excellent. Cream whippers are cheap and easy. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003XNPGFA?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_3&th=1

And chickens and dogs love whipped cream. The only thing chickens run faster for than whipped cream is ground beef.
